      1. to carry out the processing of personal data on portable data processing devices;
      2. to carry out the treatment outside the premises of the USER responsible for the treatment or of Laboratorios CareDerm, S.L.
      3. the entry and exit of the supports and documents that contain personal data, including those included and/or attached to an email, outside the premises under the control of the USER responsible for the treatment;
      4. the execution of the necessary data recovery procedures.
    5. Laboratories CareDerm, S.L. may subcontract with third parties in the name and on behalf of the user, the provision of those hosting services, storage, and those that are necessary for the proper development of the service contracted by the USER. At any time, the USER responsible for the treatment may contact Laboratorios CareDerm, S.L. to know the identification data of the entities that may be subcontracted.
    6. Laboratories CareDerm, S.L. may inform its staff, collaborators and subcontractors of the obligations established in this contract in relation to the confidentiality of the information, as well as the obligations related to the automated or non-automated processing of personal data.
